Blue Lotus
“Blue Lotus drifts in like lucid dream- soft, sensual, and wise, opening the heart and mind to the subtle realms where intuition speaks and the soul remembers.”
When I reflect back on my introduction to Blue Lotus it was during an activation that occurred after reading Kaia Ra’s book The Sophia Code, where I could feel the presence of Egyptian Goddesses Isis and Hathor returning as divine mirrors - offering teachings to awaken ancient wisdom and activate the remembrance of sacred feminine power. I was guided to Blue Lotus to support with lucid dreaming recall & reawakening past life awareness that had started to come through after receiving the transmissions from Kaia Ra’s book. What I didn’t anticipate though after developing a consistent relationship with Blue Lotus, is the intensity of multidimensional memory that would start to come through, as the significance of the trip I made to Egypt in 2012, where I was able to physically stand in both the Temple of Philae ~ The Sacred House of Isis~ and Temple of Hathor ~Dendera Temple Complex~ began to integrate as threads of my souls journey began streaming in one lucid breath at a time.

Here’s what I revere most about Blue Lotus:

-
Blue Lotus is a gentle, oneirogenic (dream-enhancing) plant that relaxes the body while awakening the inner visionary. When paired with breathwork, it helps participants enter liminal states, ideal for lucid dreaming, dream recall, and receiving symbolic messages from the subconscious or soul.
-
Its calming and mildly euphoric properties soften the nervous system, allowing the breath to become a smoother and more potent guide inward. This synergy supports entry into altered states where past life impressions, soul fragments, and intuitive insights can emerge naturally and safely.
-
Blue Lotus was revered in ancient Egypt for its spiritual and ceremonial potency. When ingested in a sacred container, it can awaken dormant codes, especially for those with priestess or healer lineages, helping participants remember who they’ve been, the wisdom they carry, and what their soul is ready to reclaim.
-
In ceremony, Blue Lotus creates a space of serene receptivity. It gently dissolves resistance, encourages emotional release through the breath, and guides the soul into healing through presence, rather than effort, making it an ideal ally for restorative journeys into past life remembrance and inner truth.

Why I serve Blue Lotus in ceremony...

-
Her mildly psychoactive nature induces dreamlike, liminal states that make it easier to access intuition, soul memories, and inner guidance. When held in ritual, this becomes a sacred portal for lucid dreaming, meditation, past-life exploration, or spiritual communion.
-
Blue Lotus is subtle, her gifts are revealed not through force, but through stillness, breath, and presence. This makes her a perfect ceremonial plant for slowing down, tuning in, and listening deeply to the whispers of the soul.
-
Blue Lotus was beloved in ancient Egypt, often depicted in art and placed in tombs as a symbol of rebirth, spiritual awakening, and divine beauty. Serving her in ceremony invites you into a lineage of priestesses, mystics, and seekers who communed with her essence to awaken the soul.
