Fall is a season of extraordinary abundance! The Earth offers us her final harvests, trees release their colourful leaves, gardens overflow with nourishment, and the landscape begins its beautiful slow descent into stillness. In the spirit of Mabon and the Harvest Moon, this ceremony is an opportunity for women to gather in circle, celebrate the gifts of the season, and honour the beautiful dance between light and dark, fullness and release, life and death, abundance and surrender.
Through a guided 1 hour Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, cacao, ritual, gentle movement, shadow work, journaling, oracle cards, reiki, sound healing, reflection and sisterhood, we’ll create space to celebrate what has blossomed, what has nourished us, what has come to fruition, and all that we have been blessed to receive. And, just as the trees begin to release what they no longer need, we’ll also explore what we, too, are ready to gently…
