Event Details

We warmly invite you to soften into your body and gently return to the wisdom of sensation. To slow down, notice and savour what feels nourishing, pleasurable, and true for you. This is an invitation to rediscover delight, not as something to chase or perform, but as something that naturally arises when we allow ourselves to be curious, expressive, and receptive to the present moment.

Sensuality, here, is not about striving or being seen. It is about deeply listening. It is about learning to inhabit your body with tenderness, to trust its rhythms, and to welcome pleasure in its many forms, subtle or bold, quiet or expansive.

Throughout this gathering for women, we will move fluidly between tenderness and laughter, depth and lightness. Together, we will create a grounded and supportive space where all parts of our truest selves are welcome, from our softness and our edges, joy and vulnerability.…
