After taking a break in 2025, SUP Yoga & Breath is BACK!


Sistar you are invited for this magical evening at Thetis Lake as we gather beneath the illuminating energy of the Aquarius Full Moon. How fitting to honour the sign of the water bearer by gathering together on the water & being outdoors connecting with the element of air! We'll begin our journey by paddleboarding across the lake to upper lake, where we'll circle together with ceremonial Seed of Love cacao and share intentions inspired by the themes of freedom, authenticity, visionary thinking, and transformation that the Aquarius Full Moon invites.


After we'll flow into a guided Aquarian inspired nourishing 30-minute Hatha yoga flow designed to help you ground into your body, release stagnant energy, and create space for fresh insights. We'll then move into a light breathwork and meditation practice, followed by restorative sound healing while enjoying savasana,…
