Event Details
The Ancestral Hearth is a place of warmth, nourishment, belonging, and remembrance, the heart of the home where people have gathered for generations to share food, stories, wisdom, and connection.
At Samhain (pronounced sow-wen), we gather around our own inner hearth to tend the fire within. We pause to honour those who came before us, remember the roots that have shaped us, and give thanks for all we have grown, received, and learned throughout the year.
As we enter the liminal threshold of Samhain, we honour the turning of the seasons, the descent from light into darkness, and create space for rest, reflection, release, and mystery. Together, we tend the ancestral fire, honour what has been, and listen for what is waiting to emerge from the dark.
For our afternoon together, we'll get extra cozy inside a beautiful yurt, where we most definitely will have the woodstove going!
