Event Details

As each month comes to a close, you are invited into a gentle pause, an intentional space for women to breathe, soften, and return home to themselves. This by-donation online morning breathwork offering is a sacred online space for women to recalibrate, integrate, and realign with what is alive within and around in the present moment. Together, we’ll use the breath like a tuning fork, softening the nervous system, clearing energetic residue, and creating space for deeper listening to our inner guidance.


Each of these monthly gatherings is intuitively guided and shaped by the collective themes arising each month. These may include lunar cycles, astrological transits, seasonal shifts, as well as the emotional, energetic, and relational patterns many women are collectively moving through - such as cycles of release and renewal, rest and emergence, grief and gratitude, boundary setting, creative expression, hormonal and nervous system rhythms, and the ongoing remembering…
