    With great reverence, Aroha Rising acknowledges the traditional and unceded territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Xʷsepsəm/Esquimalt) Peoples on whose territory we gather on, honouring the ongoing stewardship, rich cultural traditions and resilience of all Coast Salish peoples.
