Daily Intentions

There is something deeply nourishing about beginning the day with intention…
A cup of cacao can become a simple morning ritual, an invitation to slow down, ground into the breath, light some incense, arrive fully in the present moment, pull an oracle card, and tune into the energy you'd like to carry with you throughout the day. Creating space for these simple yet meaningful moments of presence to begin the day, sets the energetic tone for what's to come...
As you sit with your cup of cacao, close your eyes, take five deep breaths in and sigh it out on the exhale... Hold the cacao at your heart and feel the spirit of cacao arriving into this sacred moment with you, the deeper you come into the presence of this moment here & now. Giving thanks for all the beings that helped to grow & tend daily to this sacred heart medicine, that helped to bring this cacao into your hands all the way from it's origins...
Before sipping your cacao, feel into an intention you are choosing to nurture today? Keep breathing mindfully and feel the energy of this intention filling your being from the souls of your feet, up through your legs, your back, your chest, your heart, your throat, your minds eye and up through your crown & beyond!
Currently getting to know more intimately, Entre Nubes Cacao from Seed of Love.
“Entre Nubes” means between the clouds, which is a reference to the region where FEDECOVERA, the organization behind this origin, is located. This cacao is grown in lush cloudy valleys between mountains in Alta Verapaz. Mmmm… My heart feels a connection to the lushness of these valleys… This cacao is cultivated by Q’eqchi’ and Poqomchi’ Maya communities, whose relationship with the land spans generations. Their approach is rooted in respect, balance, and a deep understanding of the natural world, where farming is not separate from life, but a continuation of it.
Entre Nubes is part of a farmer-led cooperative network supporting more than 30,000 smallholder farmers across 42 cooperatives. Through this collective, farmers have access to healthcare, education, and ongoing support, while maintaining autonomy over their land and decisions. This model strengthens both community wellbeing and the integrity of the cacao itself.
