Hosting Women's Circles

When I first began hosting women’s circles, I was navigating a controlling “partner” where there wasn’t space for my voice to be heard or valued equally. I found myself deeply craving spaces where women could come together, sit beside one another, and experience the medicine of equality, listening, and being heard.

Time and time again, when women gather, it becomes very apparent that we were never meant to walk this path alone. Sitting in a circle we remember each other, we remember ourselves and the Earth is forever changed by each woman who walks out of the circle with purpose, confidence, and love.

Even though every circle is different. There are different themes, intentions, women. And yet, beneath it all is the same medicine…

We’ve gathered…

To be seen.

To be heard.

To be valued.

To feel safe.

To take up space.

To use our voices.

To move, feel, soften, and be held.

We gather so we can meet ourselves more fully and be witnessed as we navigate whatever life is asking of us.

This is a massive part of our collective healing, women coming together, remembering their worth, and returning to the world rooted in who they are.

It’s an honour to continue to open space for us to keep gathering so that we may keep remembering & keep rising together.

I feel so much gratitude for every sistar who I have been fortunate to have shared a circle with, whether we’ve gathered once, twice, or shared many circles together.

It’s an honour to witness your voices, your stories, your tears, your laughter, your courage, and all the becoming that happens when we give ourselves permission to simply be.

Much love and respect to each of you. I look forward to the next time our paths meet, we circle together, and breathe ourselves anew!
