After five years of consistently opening space for community to gather in-person, this shift feels soul supportive for how I prefer to show up moving forward as a facilitator.
There was a period of time where I was caught up in a lifestyle that was more about self-sacrifice & self-abandonment and was classic wounded healer 101… Which ultimately lead to more surviving than thriving.
Now that I know what feels most sustainable & aligned for the depth in which I like to explore each theme being shared, I look forward to opening space for community circles seasonally!
