Service Description
In this 90min Reiki and Sound Healing session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as Usui Reiki energy flows through the body to gently clear blockages and restore harmony to your energy centers. Layered with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes and other sacred sound tools, the sound frequencies help retune and balance each chakra, encouraging a natural flow of life force energy. This immersive experience supports emotional release, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of grounding, leaving you feeling grounded, open-hearted and energetically aligned. Each session is curated specifically to attend to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs- no two sessions are alike. Included in this session: intention setting, sharing, oracle card reading, guided meditation, Usui Reiki, sound healing, tuning fork adjustments, affirmations, tea/spring water and integration support. If you are new to Reiki, Sound Healing and/or the Chakra System, a brief explanation of these modalities will be offered at the start of your session to ensure you are feeling prepared for your energy alignment.
