Service Description
Step into a sacred container designed to honour life as the profound ceremony it truly is. Over the course of three hours, you’ll be guided through a one hour transformative themed Conscious Connected Breathwork journey curated to help you deepen your presence, release limiting energies and reconnect with the sacredness of this precious human experience. Using CCB as the foundation, this session supports you in opening your heart and body, allowing for emotional release, clarity, embodied insight and deep healing & integrating to occur. It’s a time to slow down, listen deeply, and align with the rhythms of your own breath, the ever-present thread weaving through the tapestry of your life. Whether you’re seeking healing, spiritual awakening, or simply a deeper connection to the here and now, this journey offers a nurturing space to come home to yourself and embrace the sacredness of your life with renewed presence and gratitude. Each session can be specifically attuned to a theme that will be discussed prior to meeting. Some themes may include: Inner Child Healing, Grief, Ancestral Healing, Sister/Mother/Father Wound, Past Lives, Womb Healing, Heart Healing, Chakra Balancing, Elemental Journey, Archetypes/Goddesses, to name just a few… There have been many themes breathed with and what is most important is that the theme chosen relates directly to you and where you are at on your journey. With more space to land deeper in ceremony together, these sessions also include: a variety of somatic exercises, intention setting rituals, guided meditation, vocal toning, chakra balancing, oracle card reading, light bodywork, sound healing, tuning fork and crystal pendulum balancing, sharing & integration rituals. This service is available on Triangle Mountain or the Cedar Cottage Forest Retreat in Sooke can be booked (no extra charge).
