This holistic treatment is designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring your entire being back into balance. Your session begins with a consultation to review intake form. Then we move into a gentle grounding and intention setting, where often oracle cards for extra guidance come in for the session. We then open with intuitive Reiki energy work to clear and harmonize the body’s energetic field (balancing the chakras). From there, the massage unfolds, flowing through the upper chest, shoulders, neck, scalp & face, targeting areas where stress and tension are most commonly held. Rhythmic, soothing techniques help to stimulate circulation, encourage lymphatic flow, and invite a deep sense of relaxation. This treatment is performed laying down on a massage table and includes a natural scent free pure organic oil to assist with the massage. During the treatment, there are options to add face massage tools and hair tools, which will be discussed at the beginning. As the body softens, each session finishes with Reiki and a therapeutic sound bath using instruments such as chimes & crystal singing bowls, allowing vibrations to move through the body and support energetic alignment. These frequencies work in harmony with the massage and Reiki to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and deepen the state of rest.
