This 90 minute session gently guides you through the fundamentals of Conscious Connected Breathwork, teaching you how to breathe with continuous, flowing rhythms that connect the inhale and exhale without pause. With supportive guidance, you’ll learn a diaphragmatic breathing technique that brings the breather into presence, opens the body to feeling what is ready to be felt, creates inner safety and allows the breathe to be the guide . This practice helps release stored tension and emotions, bringing clarity, vitality and a renewed sense of inner balance. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release or a new tool for self-awareness, this session offers a grounded introduction to the transformative power of conscious connected breath. During this session, clients will be guided through a 30 min CCB journey, with the rest of our shared time for instruction, embodiment exercises, intention setting, energy healing and integration.
