Free Offerings on Youtube

What started in the summer, filming videos for a four elements Youtube series with movement practices + a mini guided breath journey, finally concluded this month! What a learning curve to produce!

I really wanted to inspire people to step outside and connect with nature while moving through these journeys. Of course, here on the west coast of Vancouver Island, once winter arrives, the rain can make that a little more challenging. That said… as you’ll see in the Fire Journey, I still made it happen, bundled up by the ocean, sitting with a crackling fire and those ever-present rain clouds looming overhead as a gentle reminder that at any moment, the skies could open up. Hehe!

My intention is to continue offering these journeys freely, while also beginning to dream into a Chakra Series… One that will unfold as the rain softens and Spring returns with warmer, more inviting days. I’m really looking forward to getting back outside, exploring and sharing some of the truly magical places this island reveals to those willing to wander just a little off the beaten path.

If you haven’t yet visited my YouTube channel, I warmly invite you to come explore. Each video is a humble expression of my love for connecting with the elements, the breath & the quiet wisdom that lives within us all.

I would truly love your support. Subscribe to the channel so you can journey alongside me, like the videos if they speak to your heart, and leave a comment to share your experience or reflections. I truly do love hearing from you!

Your presence there helps the space grow and allows this work to reach others who may be seeking the same sense of connection to the body, heart, mind & spirit.

Thank you so much for being here, for your presence, and for breathing this path alongside me, it truly means more than you know.

Stay tuned for when the Chakra Series launches!

In the meantime, enjoy breathing through the four elements!
