Meeting Ma'at

Ma’at called to me on my birthday… And I felt it as a clear, undeniable invitation back into balance- back into greater alignment with integrity, harmony & coherence.

I almost walked past this tucked away store, as I was walking on the other side of the street and for ALL the reasons, something told me I HAD to go in. I couldn’t see much from where I was standing, but have learned to trust the calling when it shows up so suddenly I found myself standing alone in the middle of this small store talking to the owner who had just returned from Cairo with new treasures to share!

Although he had lot’s of wonderful new items to share with me, it was Ma’at that instantly caught my attention. He soon discovered that this interaction was not going to be like his usual customer transactions and that he was now a part of me being initiated in that moment to the cosmic order that is Ma’at🥹

Connecting with Ma’at has been a remembrance of truth, integrity, and the quiet power of living in alignment with what actually feels right in my body and soul. Through the energy of Ma'at, I’ve been gently but firmly guided back to center.

What I’ve noticed is this: any connection not rooted in mutual respect, reciprocity, or integrity simply doesn’t hold. It dissolves, quickly and naturally. The dissolution all around me has been very confronting & yet also liberating.

With dissolution has come clarity…

It’s a clear yes for me to return to my roots. Back to 1:1 and private group sessions, where my work with the breath first began five years ago.

This is what balance looks like for me now.

I’m choosing to honour my energy in a way that feels sustainable, clear, and true.

This is Ma’at, alive in my life.

This is the foundation from which I share from.

This is the leadership we most need right now.
