Grateful for all the heart opening connections that Amanita has helped to co-create along with the breath.

After meeting Chelsea Eden Dubeau of The Sovereign Shift™ at a women’s Amanita Breathwork Cleansing ceremonial gathering, I was saddened to hear she was soon to be moving across Canada.

Although I’m super grateful for this online platform for allowing us to stay connected and even have a chance to record such a fun conversation about all things, Amanita and breath. Two of my absolute favourite topics to discuss! AND it feels like this is just the beginning of more heartfelt conversations!

If you haven’t yet had a listen to our conversation, check it out here! Feel free to share your thoughts & feelings after listening! I would love to hear what was stirred within from listening!

Thank you Chelsea for your openness to having me share about my journey with Amanita and may it inspire more folks to get curious enough to learn more about this ancient fungi of the forest! I am always happy to connect on a free 30min call to answer any curiousities that may arise as one begins their journey into the world of Amanita Muscaria.

AND... For anyone curious to learn more about Chelsea and her breath technique WOO Breathwork or wanting to learn more about her powerful offerings for reclaiming your sovereignty, I highly encourage you to check her out!
