Time to Glow!

I’ve been really enjoying adding the Gua Sha during the face portion of the Indian Head Massage Treatments and the feedback has been great!

Did you know that using a Gua Sha can help support the lymphatic system? By applying gentle strokes on a 45 degree angle, along the face & neck, the Gua Sha encourages lymphatic flow, helping the body move stagnant fluids, reduce puffiness, and support the body's natural detoxification processes.

This is why I've begun incorporating Gua Sha into my Indian Head Massage sessions. Together, these therapies create a beautiful synergy for deep healing & relaxation. While Indian Head Massage helps release tension, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance, Gua Sha complements the experience by supporting lymphatic drainage and encouraging healthy flow throughout the head, face, and neck.

I've also begun adding gentle facial cupping, which can help increase circulation, soften facial tension, encourage lymphatic movement, and support the natural vitality of the skin. Together combined with Gua Sha, facial cupping can leave the skin looking brighter, more refreshed, and radiant while promoting a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation from within. Win win!

These are both optional, and folks always have a choice if they feel their skin would benefit from me incorporating the Gua Sha and/or Face Cupping. No extra charge, and is offered with every 90min Indian Head Massage booking.

I am here ready to support, and would love to share these beautiful healing modalities with you!

Have a beautiful blessed day🙏🏻
