My new Youtube Channel is Live!

I am humbly sharing this here… As I practice breathing through all this excitement/nervousness with the first published LIVE video now up on my new Youtube Channel: Aroha Rising.

My intention for this channel is to continue freely sharing my love of Conscious Connected Breathing and to inspire others to connect with their breath through the videos I share or through connecting with me 1:1.

By sharing this official launching, I am also motivating myself to now record the voice overs of the elemental series I created this summer- starting with Earth, Water, Air & then Fire.

What a MASSIVE learning curve this has been! WOW! Thank you to Kelsey Faye Kundert of Virtual Assistas (Stephanie McWilliams) for supporting the making of my new intro video!
