What Are We Breathing For?

Be very intentional… Sang the whale ancestors…
If you know me, you know I am an avid floater at the Float House, and in yesterday’s float session, I felt like I was getting a stern (yet loving) reminder from the planetary guardians of the water element to “Smarten up.”
The polarity in the collective is intense right now… I know we are all feeling it in our own ways.
In one breath it feels like we are headed in a direction of greater alignment and then in the next, it feels like everything is continously falling apart...
It can be challenging to keep trusting all this decomposition is leading to greater harmony between all our relations…
Something I have been coming back to daily, in order to stay focused on this soul path, is asking what am I breathing for?
How is the breath supporting my evolution right now? How is it supporting loved ones? The community? The land? The water? The animals? The trees? The whole Earth & beyond? Where may I need to shift within? What is ready to be released? Who may I need to call in for support?
Discernment & integrity are themes coming up strong for me at the moment. Committing to listening to my intuition more, listening to the breath that’s being shared and asking those tough questions when something feels out of alignment.
Our individual & collective breaths are so powerful right now and I have been feeling the immense support of the whales who keep encouraging to breathe with clear & pure hearted intentions...
From the Gene Keys Animal Codex (part of the Dream Arc), Whales carry the message that we have emotional work to do. There are unloved wounds that require us to love these wounds so that we become released in the clouds of bubbles and surface to a new world. Always remember that we have resources inside of us to help us deal with any situation imaginable.
Just keep breathing… And keep feeling... You are doing great... Said the whales!
